James J. Hill House

On Friday we went down to St. Paul on Summit Ave. and walked around. We also went to International Market Square ( I.M.S). First I'm going to tell you about James. J. Hills house. When it was built in 189 it was the biggest house in Minnesota. James J. Hill lived there with his family. The  James J. Hill house was designed by an east coast architects by the name of Peabod y, Stearns and Furber. The  houst came to a grand total of $931,275.01.

Summit Ave. St. Paul

The type of people who lived on and still live on Summit Ave. were vary rich. It was almost like a triangle. Your parents would make a lot of money you would go to college come back marry the kid next door then buy the house one lot over. There were a lot of classical houses on Summit, and a quite a few Queen Anne's. My Top three houses on Summit were...

International Market Square
After the tour around Summit Ave. we headed over to International Market Square. IMS was built in 1905 and designed after the San Francisco Design Center. It was made for the manufacturing facility for Northwestern Knitting. Soon after it was the headquarters for Munsingwear Inc. In 1985 it became Minnesota's largest renovated building and became the home of Intonation Marked Square.

In side IMS you see the newest of the new, no matter if it's for the Kitchen, Bathroom, living room, or bedroom. You still get the traditional though if that's more you cup of tea. If I  had the money my house would be IMS.

Home Life cycals

This would be a perfect dorm hall for any college student going to Duluth. You will have everything you need. The thing you might have the biggest problem with is food space, and maybe privacy from your annoying roommate and their friends.  But hay other than that you’re out of your parents’ house.

I think that this would be the perfect starting home. It’s small so it’s easy to clean. Its right outside of small town Mahnomen MN, Mahnomen is the type of town ware everybody knows everybody. So even thou you’re right next to town you don’t have to put up with all the noise, unless there is a party or far going on.

I think that this is a grate house to spend out the rest of my old years. It is located in Alcoy Spain, close to the Mediterranean Sea for fun beach days. It has an older unique look just like I will. It is surrounded by beautiful trees. There is a nice place to sit and talk outside on the patio. Yep looks good to me.

Moodboard

mood bord

My mood board not only my style but also some of my interest. I like to mix together things that normally wouldn’t go. One of my favorite things to mix is colors, like red and purple or orange and green. Another thing that I think is cool is putting new and old things together. I find that mixing two things that calash makes it different, unique, and beautiful in its own way.  I also feel that it shows more creativity and thinking out of the box. I added a world map because I love to travel and see new things, and experience beauty in a whole new way.  I also like camping and being out side that I had to include a fire place, it make the whole thing worm and welcoming.
